Bivio is the highest village in the Surses valley, at the foot of the Julier and Septimer passes on old Roman trade routes. Known as a ski-touring paradise, it also has a small lift-served area of mostly intermediate slopes, where you can ride the unique Pistenbock sledge as well as ski.
