Cedar Pass
California, United States · 2.4 km of runs, 1 lifts, top 1954 m
Up in the Warner Mountains of the Modoc National Forest, a short drive east of Alturas, Cedar Pass is one of California’s oldest ski areas: skiers were climbing here in 1932 and the first rope tow arrived in 1941. A community-run T-bar and beginner tow serve short, honest runs, though operation depends on snow and the hill did not open in 2025.
