Holiday Mountain opened in 1959 at La Rivière in Manitoba’s Pembina Valley, the province’s first ski resort and an area skiers have visited since the ski trains of the 1930s. Under new owners since 2022, it offers mostly intermediate runs, lessons and lodging for prairie families.
