Patscherkofel Ski

Tyrol, Austria · 12 km of runs, 4 lifts, top 1960 m

Patscherkofel is Innsbruck’s local mountain, rising above Igls, and its Olympiaabfahrt hosted the men’s Olympic downhill in 1964 and 1976, when Franz Klammer won his famous gold. A modern gondola climbs from Igls to mostly intermediate slopes with big views over the Inn valley. A snowpark, race training courses and Kofele’s Kinderland round it out.
