Among the big resorts around Chongli in Zhangjiakou, the hub of Beijing’s ski country in Hebei, Thaiwoo is a full ski town with hotels, restaurants and shops at the base. A gondola and chairlifts serve mostly intermediate runs with some steeper ones, and there is a terrain park too.
