Deer Mountain, near Lead in South Dakota’s Black Hills, is being revived as part of the Deer Mountain Village development. The East lift and a tubing tow are running, the West lift is being rebuilt, and the terrain spreads across beginner, intermediate and advanced runs, with bike trails in summer.
