In a forested valley of the Tian Shan above the town of Karakol, near Lake Issyk-Kul, this was once a training base for the Soviet Olympic team. Modernised in 2004, it pairs easy groomed cruising served by chairlifts with freeride and backcountry terrain for adventurous visitors.
