Medvědín is one side of Špindlerův Mlýn, the Czech Republic’s leading ski town in the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains). Chairlifts run straight up from the valley to mostly easy and intermediate slopes, with a steeper black down the face, and some evening skiing. It is run by Tatry Mountain Resorts.
