Run by the Rockford Park District, the Snow Park at Alpine Hills brings winter sliding to the middle of Rockford, Illinois. Separate tubing and terrain park sections share the hill, with a surface lift, rentals and clinics for riders learning their first features. In summer the same park becomes trails for mountain biking, hiking and running.
