Run entirely by volunteers since 1965, Tweedsmuir Ski Club sits inside Tweedsmuir Park on the Heckman Pass road above Bella Coola. A rope tow serves the alpine slope, usually on Sundays, alongside groomed cross-country trails, snowmobile terrain and a ski-in log cabin for overnight stays. Anyone can ski; joining the club supports the volunteers and makes days on the hill simpler.
